Return & Refund Policy

✧ Return and Refund are hassle-free when you buy from eurusengagementrings.com

✧ We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

*You have to email us atΒ eurusengagementrings@gmail.comΒ about a return before 15 days after delivery so we will guide you with the return process. The return address, the return details, and return guide.

*Custom or Personalized order cannot be return or exchanged, as they are specially made for you on order basis.

✧ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Β Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

✧ Since our designs are handcrafted, all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.Β This fee covers the labor cost of manufacturing. If the returned piece requires extensive cleaning or repair (or are in any other condition that prevents resale) we will charge a higher restocking fee, depending on the amount of repair work that’s required.

✧ Unfortunately, We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

RefundsΒ (if applicable)Β 
✧ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✧ If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

✧ If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
✧ Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

✧ We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or other item or resizing, send us an email at eurusengagementrings@gmail.com and send your item back to our manufacturing unit.

Shipping
✧ To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by eurusengagementring.com (Please email at eurusengagementring@gmail.com, before shipping back the jewelry or loose Moissanite or any other gemstones)

✧ You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

✧ Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

✧ If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
